1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service offered on bkc33.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the bkc33 platform immediately.

bkc33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use bkc33's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+ only — underage gambling is strictly prohibited on bkc33.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.
• Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on bkc33. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed without notice.

bkc33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm player eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your bkc33 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and ensuring that no other person accesses your account.

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Notify bkc33 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• bkc33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• bkc33 employs SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your data, but you must also take reasonable precautions on your own devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bkc33 supports a range of local payment methods popular with Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your account after successful transaction confirmation.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on bkc33:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless bkc33 customer support approves an alternative in writing.
• bkc33 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending account verification or a security review. Players will be notified of any such delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bkc33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be reviewed at the time of claiming. General bonus rules include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses and free spins are available exclusively to new players who register for the first time and make their first qualifying deposit.
• bkc33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion, bonus offer, or free-spin allocation at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time.

Any player found attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended pending investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Conduct

bkc33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibited conduct rules, and to forfeit all funds held in such accounts pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bkc33.app — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bkc33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any bkc33 content without express written permission.
• Using bkc33 brand assets, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any game or platform software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkc33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes losses arising from: technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any delay in processing transactions.

bkc33 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or service available on the platform. All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bkc33 takes your privacy seriously. We collect and process personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your bkc33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that has met the applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

• bkc33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Accounts showing prolonged inactivity (12 or more consecutive months without a login) may be classified as dormant. bkc33 will attempt to notify you before any dormancy-related action is taken.
• On termination of an account by bkc33 for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Players exercising self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy may have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, and bkc33 will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts during this time.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction where bkc33 operates. Any dispute arising from the use of bkc33 services should first be addressed through our customer support channel. bkc33 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bkc33 customer support, the matter may be escalated to an appropriate independent arbitration body. bkc33's decision on matters of account conduct, game results, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to the above dispute resolution process.
